About
I build the machine, and I've bought
the agencies that didn't have one.
Both are why I’m useful to an agency founder.

02Long version
I'm a serial entrepreneur. Most recently I co-founded a venture-backed startup and left it to chase AI aggressively — small team, wide surface area, the kind of seat where you own the architecture, the hiring, and the answer when a customer asks why something broke.
To cover the work my team couldn't, I bought agencies: recruiting, marketing, a few others. Every one ran the same play. A retainer. An account manager. A junior doing the actual work by hand. A monthly deck. The strategy was usually fine — the delivery layer was people, and people don't scale on a software margin.
So I went and built the replacement. Today I'm building a multi-tenant GTM automation platform, where most of the code is written by AI agents inside a review pipeline I designed — because I wanted agency-scale output on software economics, and nobody was selling that.
Then the agencies started showing up. A wave of new AI GTM shops sold clients an outcome the software was supposed to deliver, and around client five discovered the software was a founder doing it by hand at midnight. They don't need advice. They need someone who can build the thing. That's this.
I'm deliberately not running a competing agency. I don't want your clients, I don't want my logo on your deck, and I'd rather build something your team owns than sell you a dependency on me.
I'll tell you when your plan is wrong. That's most of the value. If you want someone to agree with you, this is an expensive way to get it.
What I'm actually good at
- Turning a manual delivery model into a pipeline
- Outbound infrastructure that doesn't torch a client's domain
- Multi-tenant plumbing: isolation, config, onboarding
- Getting real, reviewable work out of AI coding agents
- Saying the thing everyone in the room is avoiding
What I'm not
Not an agency, not a reseller, and not a fractional CRO. I don't run your client delivery, I don't sit on your client calls, and I won't pretend a strategy problem is a tooling problem. If what you need is more headcount, I'll say so.
